  1. I use almond milk (40 calorie for 1 cup) with my protein. I chopped spinach in it and LOVED it – makes me feel very healthy. Thanks for the great suggestion.

  4. I am loving my mornings with you and my Best Friend, the King. Thank you for all thr wonderful recipes and inspiration. This is truly your gift. I was wondering if the many soy products on the shelves and freezer section of the health food stores are good for daily consumption along with the fruits, vegetables, and whole grains?

    Ok.. may be a dumb question, but how do you cut up your lemons and limes.. peel and all or do you peel them and then cube???

  6. In my younger years I used to be very active and involved with sports all the time. Now it takes all my gumpshin to get myself to do any kind of exercise. I don’t know why. BUT, I have made the pledge – when I get up at 6am to watch your session I set up my iPad on my stationary bike, plug in my ears so I don’t hear the wheel turning set the bike on the hill setting and I peddle away as I listen to your video and listen to the worship song. Before I know it I’ve done 20 minutes on the bike and have had a good cardio workout. This morning was the 2nd morning so I am very excited to have did it two days in a row. I am going to increase a couple minutes a day until I get it up to a full 30 minutes. :)

  7. I just made the Veggie Scramble for a late lunch today & it was delicious. I just added onion & celery & it could not have tasted better. I took a photo of it but I wondered if you can post the photo on your recipe you retain in your que or bookmark??? I am so enjoying this with all of you & learning how to maneuver around in Kitchen Monki… ms. jan

  8. I am enjoying the recipes. I happen to have all the ingredients for the cabbage recipie. Can you give a recipie for tacos? I cook mine with corn tortillas, cabbage, and tomatoes, ground turkey, in olive oil, and I add cheese. Cheese is so bad, and the corn tortillas. I praise the Lord for all the encouragement. I am so motivated by not just being healthy, but Spiritually healthy! \o/ I will try the drink in this video with what I have on hand. I can’t eat citrus fruit, but I can have berries. I have fresh spinach. So thx for the idea.
