Soul Food
“When you sit to dine with a ruler, note well what is before you, and put a knife to your throat if you are given to gluttony. Do not crave his delicacies, for that food is deceptive.”

Food Coaching
~Drink a teaspoon a day of Apple Cider Vinegar~
This is one of the oldest health and weight loss tips, but it must be organic apple cider vinegar (I recommend Bragg’s). A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of honey in a hot teacup of water really works wonders for many reasons. Weight loss is just one of the many health benefits. You can read more about Apple Cider Vinegar and the benefits here:

Prayer
The Lord’s greatest treasure! I pray that you will know how highly your Father thinks of you. May you feel His Love and acceptance in everything. I pray that you will treat yourself as an irreplaceable jewel, because that is how he sees you. May you not settle for anything less than you’re worth, and may you see yourself the way God sees you: perfect in His eyes. I pray that you will never allow anyone to tell you who you are accept your heavenly Father, who knows the real you. May you shine for HIM!
In Jesus’ name, Amen

I love my newly repaired heart-it beats more strongly and is more full of love for others – as I have healed physically – I have become healed emotionally- more tolerant, forgiving, and grateful for every moment of my life. The scar on my chest signals the beginning of the rest of my life and I love it for that!
Sheri, Thank you so much for your teaching – It has been so encouraging! As I was thinking about what I like about myself the thing that came to my mind was my smile. I’ve been told I smile a lot – and I’m thankful for that, too!
p.s. I’m thankful for yours, too!
been eating better for a few days and feel good day i rewarded myself with cake. i have my water next to me as well. i choose this to be healthy because my birth mom ust died jan 5<2011 of stage 4 cancer and i know she would want me to live a long and healthy life. I love my smile because it makes everyone smile. I love how i am hard worker and most of all i love that i am a child of god!
I love who I am and especially now that I am choosing to eat healthier. I feel so much better already so it makes it a lot easier to struggle thru the cravings because I feel so good. Thank you for all your help and blessings.
Thanks, Sheri for the encouragement! Although I am currently not happy with the way my body looks (due to the way I have let it go) I love the fact that I am strong! Both inside and outside!
What I like about myself, have been thinking and thinking and praying about that ever since hearing your teaching and challenge earier this week. It’s so true, I am my own worst critic and it’s very hard for me to come up with anything. As soon as I do the enemy whispers a “yes, but” in my ear.
But here is something no one can bring me down about – I am the most thankful for and like the most about me is that the Holy Spirit is living in me. All the rest is for this world only, and praise God, this world is not my home!
Thank you Sheri for this lesson!! I am a little behind so I just watched this one last night, but this was exactly what I needed to hear last night. I compare myself to other SO much and then get discouraged and turn to food, but that never helps! So it is good to be reminded that He has made me DIFFERENT and UNIQUE and that He loves me as I am and wants me to be healthy, not to focus on being thin. I have such a hard time with this, but when I focus on Him and being the ME that He made, I actually tend to lose weight naturally…
Thanks so much for all you do! I am a couple of days behind so I am trying to catch up. Something I like about myself is that I am a stay at home Mom and get to be there for my son while he is in school. I also am a good hugger – like to give and receive hugs, so I felt a big hig from Jesus today while listening to you. Thanks again!
Sheri, thank you for you coaching, i am really enjoying it. after the second session i came down with the flu so i am trying to catch up.
you coaching is very helpful and motivating, and i love the music.
what i like about myself is my love for my 18 2 year olds that i get to teach everyday about God and his wonderful world. i get to teach them science and we have so much fun. I really need energy at 52 to be able to keep up with them and when my 17 year old granddaughter calls and keeps me up till the wee hours chatting.
you are such a blessing to me. i read your book his princess warrior and fit for my king and i know i will read them again and again they were such a great help to me. thank you and may God bless you.
I love coaching you all of you so much
so sorry you were sick and so glad your feeling better!
Hi Sheri!
Thank you so much for doing this. It has been a blessing. I love your books His Princess, His Princess Bride and Fit for My King. They truly have been a blessing. Thru them I am learning to truly see myself as Gods Princess. Love the 10 fat burner tips. What I like about myself is the abundance of hair that God has given me. Also that He is teaching me to be a positive person. I was so negative before and people have complimented me when I pray and that I care for people to know Jesus. God Bless!
Most people tell me that they like my eyes. But I like my smile because I know that I can change someone’s day with my smile and make their day.
My Sister and I are doing this book together, so I also asked her what she liked about herself. She likes that she has high/defined cheekbones! I like that she is an amazing sister!!! What I like about myself is that I’m also an amazing sister
Just kidding, but in all seriousness I do like the fact that I am a very giving person. Not necessarily of material things, but of my time! I will often reach out to people just because! Maybe it’s not so much a giving person, as thoughtful. I hear people when they speak, I follow up on things and enjoy most people’s company!
I love the beautiful eyes God gave me. I love that He gave me a sensitive spirit that feels deeply and passionately. I love that He put me into the family and circumstances He did because He knew I could be the one to break the cycle and generational sins and raise up children who know they are loved and seek the Lord with all their hearts.
I like my big blue eyes and my deep auburn hair! I am the apple of His eye! I am beautiful inside and out in God’s eyes. This message was amazing, thank you Sheri!!
